This work contributed to a program that reached a valuation exceeding $120 million, with approximately 40 percent of total monthly admissions driven through our efforts.
We have supported multiple mental health programs across residential and outpatient models. Our work focused on improving visibility for condition-based and treatment-based searches while refining how these programs communicate trust and clarity. Through search strategy, content alignment, and conversion-focused improvements, we helped increase qualified opportunities significantly.
After taking full ownership of SEO strategy in 2025, we scaled a ketamine and TMS clinic's digital presence in a highly competitive Los Angeles market entirely from the ground up. Digital became a primary driver of patient acquisition, contributing to consistent admissions and supporting expansion into a second clinic location.
Beyond positioning and patient education, our strategy helped align these services with payer demand and coverage expansion, supporting extended approvals from payers and driving increased reimbursement revenue for addiction treatment centers.
We have contributed to strategy development for urgent and acute care models, including a pop-up emergency room concept. In these environments, the focus is on local visibility, urgent intent, and making it easy for patients to quickly access the right level of care. During the initial launch phase, our growth marketing strategy and execution drove the first 26 B2B clients and over 800 B2C users, establishing early traction and validating the model in market.
