Built Inside
the Work,
Not Outside It.
A Colorado native and recovering addict with over ten years inside addiction treatment. My path into this work started in recovery — and that experience shaped everything.
It Started in
Recovery.
My path into this work did not start in marketing. It started in recovery, in treatment environments, and in seeing firsthand how hard it can be for someone to find the right help at the right time.
I have seen what happens when programs are hard to find, unclear, or not trusted. I have also seen what happens when the right program reaches the right person.
People are making real decisions, often at the worst moments of their lives. If a program is hard to find, unclear, or not trusted, those people go somewhere else — or nowhere at all. That is where I focus my work.
Career Built
Inside the Industry.
One of my earliest major roles was as a senior marketing leader for a treatment organization in Tennessee, where I helped scale the program to a $120M valuation — with operations spanning Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Kentucky.
From there, I went on to found and successfully exit two companies in the telehealth and detox space.
Today, I work primarily with healthcare and behavioral health organizations as a fractional CMO — building growth systems through digital strategy, search visibility, and sales team alignment.
Real Work,
Real Outcomes.
My work has been built inside real programs — not test environments. The numbers below represent outcomes across actual client campaigns, not projections.
"This work spans addiction treatment, mental health, hospitals, acute care, telehealth, and emerging treatment models like ketamine and TMS."
Policy, Public Health,
and Leadership.
My experience extends beyond marketing into policy, public health, and leadership — working across local, state, and federal levels on addiction, recovery, and healthcare access.
Advocacy at
Every Level.
I have contributed to recovery-related legislation through testimony and policy guidance to lawmakers and community leaders — working at local, state, and federal levels.
Documentary, PSA
& Campaign Work.
A selection of public media — an Emmy-winning documentary, a state-produced public service announcement, and a brand campaign — representing different facets of this work.

Systems,
Not Channels.
Most marketing fails because it focuses on channels instead of systems. SEO gets treated like rankings. Ads get treated like volume. Content gets treated like filler. That approach does not work in healthcare.
I focus on building systems that get found early, build trust before someone reaches out, convert the right people, and continue working over time — not resetting every month.
A big part of that comes from working ahead of trends — looking at emerging search behavior, early data signals, and gaps in the market to position brands before competition catches up.
Ingham Farm,
Tennessee.
Outside of business, my life is grounded in something very different. My wife and I own and operate Ingham Farm in Sparta, Tennessee — building a more self-sustained way of living through raising animals, growing food, and working the land.
It is a slower, more intentional way of life. And it shapes how I think about everything, including business.
"I believe in building systems that last."
