About ImpactDynamics
ImpactDynamics is a founder-led healthcare growth company built around a straightforward belief: organizations should not have to choose between senior-level strategy, hands-on support, efficient execution, and measurable results.
We help healthcare and behavioral health organizations become easier to find, easier to understand, and easier to trust. Our work connects SEO, AI visibility, content, brand positioning, website strategy, conversion, and admissions performance into one growth system.
Our model uses intelligent automation to reduce unnecessary manual work and keep execution moving, while experienced human judgment remains directly involved in strategy, accuracy, positioning, and every decision that can materially affect growth.
01
Why ImpactDynamics Exists
ImpactDynamics began with a frustration that grew over years of working inside healthcare and alongside healthcare marketing teams.
John Ingham saw organizations paying substantial monthly retainers without receiving substantial strategic attention. The invoice paid for a large team, but the client often communicated primarily with an account manager. Strategy passed through several layers. Production moved slowly. Content sounded like it could belong to any competitor. Reports celebrated rankings, impressions, and tasks completed, while leadership still could not answer the question that mattered most: Is this creating qualified demand and helping the organization grow?
The problem was not that every person at a traditional agency was doing poor work. The problem was the structure itself.
John wanted to build the company he believed healthcare organizations actually needed: experienced, direct, efficient, clinically responsible, technologically capable, and accountable to business outcomes.
That company became ImpactDynamics.
ImpactDynamics was not founded because healthcare appeared to be a profitable niche. It grew out of John’s personal recovery and more than a decade spent working across addiction treatment, behavioral health, public health, patient engagement, admissions, outreach, operations, education, content, policy, and growth.
John has been in recovery since 2014 after experiencing heroin and methamphetamine addiction. Before he ever evaluated a treatment website as a strategist, he understood what it meant to need help—the uncertainty of choosing care, the consequences of unclear information, and the difference between language that earns trust and language that simply tries to sell.
His professional career gave him the other side of that perspective. He has worked with admissions and outreach teams, seen operators balance clinical responsibility with census and payer realities, written about complex healthcare topics, and contributed to public-health, policy, education, media, program-development, and recovery-technology initiatives.
A treatment website is not simply a digital brochure. For a person or family in crisis, it may be the first real interaction they have with an organization.
ImpactDynamics exists at the intersection of two realities: helping people find accurate, useful information while helping strong organizations reach the people they are equipped to serve.
The Meaning Behind the Name
Impact
The measurable change created when the right organization becomes visible, understandable, trusted, and easier to reach.
Dynamics
The relationships between brand, search, AI visibility, content, technology, admissions, clinical accuracy, differentiation, follow-up, and human experience.
No single page, keyword, advertisement, platform, or tactic creates lasting impact by itself. A website can receive traffic and still fail to communicate why the organization is different. A campaign can generate calls that admissions cannot convert. Strong content can remain invisible without the right technical foundation. Excellent care can go undiscovered when the brand does not explain it clearly.
ImpactDynamics looks at the complete system. We identify the forces helping or limiting growth, determine where qualified demand is being lost, and concentrate work where it can create the greatest measurable change.
A More Intelligent Model
ImpactDynamics is intentionally lean, founder-led, and technology-enabled. We do not believe a client receives more value simply because more names appear on an agency org chart. Value comes from having the right expertise applied to the right priorities, with direct accountability for the quality of the work and the decisions behind it.
John remains directly involved in strategy, positioning, performance interpretation, content direction, opportunity identification, and the major decisions that shape each campaign.
01
AI-supported competitive research, website monitoring, rankings, search visibility, and market-change detection.
02
Structured workflows that organize complex topics, surface gaps, and strengthen quality control.
03
Cross-site comparisons and data organization that reveal what deserves human attention.
04
Strategy, factual standards, positioning, sourcing, editorial review, and final decisions remain human-led.
Technology expands our capacity. It does not make the work impersonal.
What “High-Touch” Means
High-touch means the person guiding the strategy understands the programs, locations, payer realities, referral relationships, admissions challenges, differentiators, and growth goals. Recommendations are based on what the organization actually provides—not assumptions pulled from a competitor’s website.
Marketing Should Support the Entire Path to Care
SEO, content, web strategy, AI visibility, conversion, and admissions alignment are connected parts of the same growth system.
01
Can the right person find the organization across Google, maps, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and other discovery platforms?
02
Does the website accurately explain services, locations, populations, payment considerations, and differentiation?
03
Do the content, brand, team, proof, reviews, sources, and experience give someone a reason to believe?
04
Is it easy to call, submit a form, verify benefits, request an assessment, or speak with admissions?
05
Are you reaching people whose needs, geography, payer situation, and level-of-care requirements fit?
06
Does admissions respond quickly, communicate clearly, follow up effectively, and preserve trust?
07
Do calls, opportunities, admissions, refer-outs, and lost cases improve the next marketing decision?
Healthcare Marketing Has to Be Accurate
Healthcare marketing carries a level of responsibility that does not exist in ordinary consumer advertising. Someone looking for detox, residential treatment, partial hospitalization, medication-assisted treatment, psychiatric care, or another medical service should not have to decode vague language to determine whether the organization actually provides it.
Referral relationships should not be presented as direct services. Housing should not be described as a clinical level of care. A location page should not imply that a facility exists where it does not.
This standard is both ethical and strategic. Accurate information earns trust, improves qualification, reduces confusion for admissions teams, and creates a stronger foundation for search engines and AI systems.
We Measure What the Work Changes
Visibility metrics are useful diagnostic tools, but they are not the final outcome.
300%+
Newly optimized sites have achieved 300%+ traffic growth in the first week of optimization.
100K+
Multiple client sites have surpassed 100K monthly organic visits.
30+
Growing programs are achieving 30+ monthly admissions through coordinated organic search and AI visibility.
400+
Across active campaigns, ImpactDynamics has generated more than 400 qualified patient opportunities through organic search and AI visibility.
Representative outcomes are not guarantees. Market, program, payer mix, admissions, website history, competition, and operational capacity all affect performance.
Brands & Programs Marketed
Across John’s healthcare-marketing career and the work now led through ImpactDynamics, he has marketed and supported more than 24 healthcare brands, treatment programs, and organizations across addiction treatment, mental health, behavioral healthcare, recovery support, and related areas of care.
That experience spans organizations with different sizes, markets, service lines, levels of care, locations, payer strategies, competitive pressures, and stages of growth. Some needed to establish digital demand almost from the beginning. Others already had meaningful traffic but needed better qualification, conversion, positioning, or admissions alignment.
The number counts separately operated brands and treatment programs as separate brands served, even when several belong to the same broader healthcare organization. Each entity has its own location, services, audience, market, positioning, website needs, and growth priorities.
The lesson is not that every client should receive the same playbook. It is the opposite. Every program has to be understood on its own terms.
Who We Serve
ImpactDynamics has its deepest experience in addiction treatment, mental health, and behavioral healthcare. We also apply the same research-driven principles across other medical and high-consideration healthcare markets.
Our strongest partnerships are with organizations that provide meaningful care, want their marketing to represent that care honestly, and value measurable progress over agency theater.
What We Help Organizations Build
SEO, local search, structured data, entity development, AEO, GEO, LLM optimization, AI Overview strategy, and content built to answer real questions.
Useful content that helps people understand conditions, substances, services, levels of care, risks, options, and next steps without shallow marketing language.
Meaningful differentiation grounded in clinical strengths, program structure, location, leadership, experience, setting, or population expertise.
Service pages, location content, resources, internal links, calls to action, trust signals, and conversion paths mapped around how people research care.
A strategy that looks beyond lead creation to opportunity quality, messaging, response, follow-up, referrals, and where demand is lost after contact.
Automation and intelligent workflows that reduce waste, improve monitoring, organize data, support quality control, and help teams act faster.
What We Refuse to Become
We do not want clients paying for unnecessary layers. We do not want strategy separated from the people responsible for execution. We do not want automation used to lower standards, reports designed to make weak performance look busy, or healthcare organizations represented by generic copy.
We are not trying to become the biggest healthcare agency. We are building the most intelligent and useful version of one.

The Principles Behind ImpactDynamics
01
Communicate a program’s real strengths clearly instead of using inflated language that creates the wrong expectation.
02
Automation should remove waste and expand capability—not remove access, judgment, or accountability.
03
The strongest marketing reflects the actual program, people, place, approach, and audience.
04
Qualification, response, follow-up, and admission outcomes all provide information the strategy needs.
05
Content, search authority, brand clarity, first-party data, and systems should become durable assets.
06
AI is a powerful tool, but the mission is helping good organizations reach people who need what they provide.
A Note From John
I started ImpactDynamics because I believed healthcare organizations deserved a better choice. The model had to be smarter—using automation and AI to eliminate repetitive work while remaining high-touch, accurate, and accountable. My recovery is part of why that standard matters so much to me. I know what it is like to be the person who needs help, and I know what it is like to work inside organizations trying to reach that person. ImpactDynamics was built to close the gaps between visibility, trust, qualified demand, and real growth.John Ingham · Founder, ImpactDynamics
