Clear answers.No agency fog.
How we work, who we work with, what our packages include, and why ImpactDynamics is intentionally built around a smaller client roster.
Fewer clients. Deeper involvement.
ImpactDynamics is intentionally not built to become the biggest agency possible.
We maintain a limited client roster so we can put more time, strategic attention, technology, and resources behind a smaller number of organizations.
That keeps us closer to performance, lets us respond to opportunities faster, and gives us the depth to understand each client’s market rather than managing the work from a distance.
We also protect market conflicts. If we are actively helping an organization compete for the same services in the same exact market, we generally will not take on its direct competitor.
If a conflict prevents us from working together, we will gladly introduce you to a vetted agency in our professional network whose capabilities are well suited to your market and needs.
Clients should not have to outbid one another for the same agency’s attention, strategy, or search opportunities.
What you should know.
These are the questions organizations most often ask before working with ImpactDynamics. If yours is not here, start with a growth assessment and we’ll address it directly.
01Why does ImpactDynamics limit the number of clients it works with?
We would rather put more time, strategic attention, technology, and resources behind a smaller number of organizations than spread the team across dozens of accounts.
That means we can stay closer to performance, respond to opportunities faster, understand each client’s market more deeply, and remain directly involved in the work. Growth should not depend on how much attention happens to be left after an agency services everyone else.
02Does ImpactDynamics work with competing organizations in the same market?
Generally, no. We do not take on another organization that would directly compete with an existing client in the same exact market.
If we are helping one provider compete for a specific geographic and service market, we are not going to sell the same strategy and search opportunities to the competitor across the street. Our responsibility is to protect the integrity of the work and pursue each client’s strategy in good faith.
If that creates a conflict, we will gladly refer you to a vetted agency in our professional network whose capabilities are well suited to your market and needs.
03What does ImpactDynamics do?
ImpactDynamics helps healthcare, behavioral health, medical, and select small-business organizations improve visibility, patient acquisition, positioning, and digital growth.
Our core managed services include SEO, GEO, AEO, and LLMO. We also offer separate Marketing Consulting and Automation Consulting for organizations that need strategic or operational support beyond managed search growth.
04What industries does ImpactDynamics work with?
We work extensively across healthcare and behavioral health, including addiction treatment, mental health treatment, medical practices, ketamine clinics, longevity clinics, peptide providers, psychiatrists, therapists, MAT providers, sober living, senior care, hospice, hospitals, nursing homes, and related organizations.
We also provide consulting services for select small businesses outside healthcare.
05Is ImpactDynamics only for addiction treatment and behavioral health?
No. Those are areas of deep experience, but our work also extends into medical practices, wellness medicine, psychiatry, senior care, hospitals, specialty clinics, and other high-trust healthcare categories.
Small-business engagements are generally handled through consulting rather than the managed healthcare marketing packages.
06What is the difference between SEO, GEO, AEO, and LLMO?
Each focuses on a different part of modern search visibility.
They work best together rather than as isolated tactics.
07Does ImpactDynamics use AI for marketing?
Yes. We use proprietary AI models, agents, and automated workflows to improve research, analysis, monitoring, content development, competitive intelligence, reporting, and other repeatable processes.
AI is used as leverage. Strategy, quality control, positioning, business judgment, and accountability remain human-led.
08Do I still work with a person if I choose Engine?
Yes. Both packages are high-touch and directly led. The difference is not how much attention your organization receives; it is how the underlying work is produced.
Engine uses proprietary AI models, agents, and automation more extensively. Heart relies much more heavily on direct human research, writing, analysis, and execution.
We automate the work—not the relationship.
09What is the difference between Engine and Heart?
Engine uses proprietary AI models, specialized agents, and automated workflows to execute more research, analysis, monitoring, production, and optimization efficiently.
Heart uses substantially more human time to research, write, analyze, and execute the same core marketing disciplines.
Both are high-touch and include direct strategic involvement. The difference is primarily the production model.
10Is Heart better than Engine?
Not necessarily. They are designed for different preferences.
Engine can analyze and execute at greater scale because technology handles more of the repetitive workload. Heart is for organizations that specifically value having more of the underlying work performed manually by people. One is not automatically better than the other.
11Do your packages include Marketing Consulting or Automation Consulting?
No. These are separate services that can be added when an organization needs executive strategy, vendor oversight, admissions alignment, CRM workflows, reporting systems, automation, operational processes, or other support outside managed SEO and AI visibility.
12Can you work with our existing marketing team or agency?
Yes. We can work alongside internal marketing teams, web developers, admissions teams, executives, agencies, freelancers, and other vendors. Depending on the engagement, we may lead strategy, provide specialized execution, review existing work, manage priorities, or serve as an independent strategic layer.
13Do you build websites?
Yes. We can build or restructure healthcare and medical websites around search visibility, content architecture, user experience, conversion pathways, and patient acquisition. We also work with existing websites when a rebuild is unnecessary. A new website is not automatically the answer to an SEO problem.
14Do you write the content?
Yes. Content may include service, treatment, condition and location pages; educational resources; FAQs; comparison pages; blogs; insurance content; and other search-focused material.
The production process depends on the package: Engine uses AI-assisted workflows with human strategy and review, while Heart uses substantially more direct human writing and research.
15Can you guarantee rankings, AI citations, leads, or admissions?
No legitimate marketing company can guarantee these outcomes. Results depend on competition, website history, services, location, payer mix, capacity, reputation, admissions performance, algorithms, and implementation.
ImpactDynamics focuses on building the strongest possible growth system around the factors we can influence.
16How do you measure success?
Traffic and rankings matter, but they are not the final outcome. When reliable data is available, we look deeper at:
The goal is to understand what the marketing work actually changes.
17How quickly can SEO or AI visibility improve?
Timing varies significantly. Some organizations have existing opportunities that produce movement quickly after correcting architecture, content, or positioning. Other markets require months of authority building and sustained optimization.
We do not use a fixed timeline promise because starting conditions differ too much between organizations.
18Do you work with multi-location or multi-brand healthcare organizations?
Yes. We have experience managing strategy across multiple brands, locations, websites, and service lines—creating distinct brand strategies, avoiding unnecessary cannibalization, coordinating geographic visibility, and using shared intelligence without turning each site into a duplicate.
19Can you improve a site that already gets significant traffic?
Yes. Some of the strongest opportunities come from organizations that already have traffic but are not generating enough qualified demand from it. The strategy may focus more heavily on conversion, service architecture, internal linking, commercial intent, content quality, geographic structure, and connecting informational authority to patient acquisition.
20What makes ImpactDynamics different from a traditional agency?
We are built around senior involvement, lean execution, proprietary AI systems, and business outcomes rather than agency activity. Clients should not pay for unnecessary account-management layers or manual work technology can perform efficiently. Human time is concentrated where judgment, strategy, creativity, positioning, and accountability matter most.
21Do you only focus on Google?
No. Modern discovery happens across Google, Maps, AI search tools, ChatGPT-style platforms, generative search, review ecosystems, directories, professional sources, and other digital touchpoints. We build visibility around the broader search environment.
22Can ImpactDynamics help if our admissions or lead follow-up process is weak?
Yes, though that typically falls under separate Marketing Consulting or Automation Consulting work. If opportunities are being lost through slow response, poor routing, inconsistent follow-up, weak CRM processes, unclear reporting, or disconnected admissions workflows, we can help identify and correct those issues.
23How do we get started?
We start by understanding where growth is constrained. We review your website, search visibility, competitive environment, content, positioning, patient journey, and available performance data. From there, we recommend the service and delivery model that best fits the organization.
Find the growth constraint.
